being of service to veterans

Kudos to all the people out there coming up with programs, blogs, websites, you name it that offer valuable services to veterans.  Navy veteran David Peters recently launched Veterans Advice.  Its simple and straightforward: so far he’s answered questions about CHAMPVA paperwork, automobile adaptive equipment, the ins and outs of various claims and benefits….  He seems to know what he’s talking about and takes the time to explain what can be a daunting system in plain English.

Also just received a press release that the online hosting company,, will be providing “free accounts to active duty military personnel and military personnel transitioning to civilian life, giving them a platform to showcase their skills to potential employers.”

If you or anyone you know has used these or other services out there, please report your experience.  We would love to help get the word out on  valuable projects.
